U.S. lawmakers and Obama administration officials say France has stymied a 3?-year State Department investigation into whether a French defense contractor illegally gave U.S. satellite technology to China.

　　Congress was alerted to the case by security officials in the administration who are concerned about apparent interference from political appointees in the State Department opposed to sanctioning the French firm.

　　On Monday, three senior House Republicans wrote to Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton stating that the satellite exports to China appear to be illegal under U.S. trade controls.

　　According to administration and congressional officials, the State Department’s investigation of Thales began in May 2008 and has been stymied by the French government’s refusal to allow the company to cooperate in the probe.

　　China’s space program is run by the Chinese military, which is building up space communications, intelligence, navigation and targeting systems for use with its anti-ship ballistic missiles and other high-tech weapons.

　　The investigation was launched by the State Department’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls after Thales offered satellites for sale, specifically the Spacebus 4000 C2, as “ITAR-free,” or freely exportable under U.S. rules.

　　How ironic is this? Secretary of State Clinton's own husband allowed "tons" of technology to flow to China. Wasn't it around 1998 when Rep. Cox and Rep. Dick put out a report on all the technology GIVEN to China by the Clinton administration? To print the report it would have been around 500 pages. Sounds to me like treason, but as John Stormer's book title says, "None Dare Call It Treason."

　　A lot of people remember that little deal, didn't Clinton sell all the information for $500,000, it was launch technology that they could use with their ICBM's. The little rat that brokered the deal was one of their 'overseas' campaign bundlers. Hillary just said that she was "disturbed" by the news of women being stripped naked and then stomped in Cairo, she and Obama destabilized the whole region for the "Moslem Brotherhood's" take over and she is disturbed. She would really have been 'disturbed if she and Bill were stripped naked and stomped; she's another Alinsky protege she was actually offered a job in his office, be ready for her run for President.

　　The cruel Chinese Communist Party （CCP） and China are being written about by writers who appear to have no idea how brutal an existence it is living in Communist China. Right now the CCP is attempting the genocide of tens of millions of innocent Falun Gong practitioners by the use of torture, slavery, organ harvesting and murder.

How can you say they would let the military have it to? Guidance systems for commercial satellite launches? Why would anyone suspect the Chinese would even be tempted to use the same technology on ICBMs ?

　　Why would we share any information with France??? I don't consider them our enemy, but I don't see how anyone can consider them our ali or friend. As far as saving their butts in WWII don't forget we also saved China, don't look for any gratitude or payback of any kind. The best we can do which we don't is to learn from the past.
